A free spinal check is available if you are unsure as to whether chiropractic care is for you. The free check does not include any treatment, please call to book.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to do so 24 hours in advance. If this is not possible it may be necessary to charge you the full fee for the appointment.
In most cases, healthcare insurance providers cover chiropractic care. Some providers may also require a referral from a GP to claim. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to check your level of cover. You are required to pay for your treatment and then make your claim directly with your insurer. Please advise us when making your appointment if you will be claiming on insurance.
There are two ways of covering the cost of the treatment you have with us. They are by self-paying or by using private health insurance. If you choose to self-pay you will usually be asked to pay on a session by session basis. We accept most major credit cards and cash.
You may, if you wish, pay for a series of sessions up front, which works out to be more cost-effective. We are completely flexible as to which way you prefer and you can change your mind at any time.
We are well recognised by health insurance companies and we see a lot of clients who claim the cost of their treatment through them. You will need to check your own policy though for eligibility. When possible we will claim the fees directly from your insurer. Read more about paying with insurance.
